What this service includes
This is a tow, not a roadside repair. If the car will not start, will not drive, or has been in an accident, we come to where it is and bring it back to Shop #7, 44, 22nd Street, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. Nothing is fixed at the kerb.
We do not jump start, change a tyre or bring fuel out to you. If that is all you need, say so when you message and we will tell you straight away rather than sending a truck you do not need.
Every recovery is quoted before the truck leaves. The price depends on things only you can tell us, so there are six questions below. Answer them and you get a firm figure back rather than a range.
The car comes to our workshop, not a third party yard. Diagnostics, battery, brakes, tyres, air conditioning and bodywork all happen on the same site, so a breakdown does not turn into a second tow.

What we need before we can quote
Six answers and you get a firm price rather than a range. There are example answers under each question, so you know the kind of detail that actually helps.
1. What is your exact location?
Street and building, or the nearest landmark. Tell us if the car is in basement parking and which level, on a hard shoulder, inside a compound or villa gate, or on a petrol station forecourt. Each one needs different access.
2. Where do you want the car taken?
You can say your home or building, another garage with its address, or ask us to advise if you have not decided.
3. What is the car make and model?
For example Toyota Land Cruiser 2018, Nissan Sunny 2015, or Mercedes C200 2020. Add the year if you know it, because size and weight decide which truck we send.
4. Is the car movable or completely stuck?
Pick whichever is closest. It rolls and steers normally. It rolls but the steering is locked. The wheels will not turn. It has accident damage and cannot be moved. The engine will not start but it still rolls.
5. What time do you need the recovery?
Right now. Within the hour. Later today, with a time. Tomorrow, with a date and time. We are open 24 hours, so three in the morning is a real answer.
6. Please send your location and a photo of the car.

Why not just publish a price?
Because a tow from Deira at two in the morning and a tow out of a basement car park in Business Bay are not the same job. One published figure would mean overcharging half the people who call. Six questions and a firm number is fairer to both of us.
How fast can you actually get here?
Under 30 minutes is typical across the areas we cover. Traffic, the hour and where exactly the car is sitting all move that, so you get a realistic arrival time with the quote rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Do you fix the car where it is?
No. This is towing only. We do not jump start, change tyres or deliver fuel at the roadside. If that is what you need, tell us and we will say so rather than sending a truck.
Where does my car go?
To our own bay at Shop #7, 44, 22nd Street, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. Not a third party yard you then have to pay to get it out of. Diagnostics, battery, brakes, tyres, air conditioning and bodywork are all on the same site.
What if the car will not roll at all?
Tell us in question four. Locked wheels, a seized gearbox or accident damage need different handling from a car that rolls freely, and it changes what we send. Answering it up front is what stops a truck turning up with the wrong equipment.
Do you recover after an accident?
Yes, once the scene is clear. In the UAE you normally need the police report before a damaged vehicle is moved, so get that first and message us with it in hand.
Is it really 24 hours?
Yes. The site is staffed around the clock, so you are not waiting until morning for someone to pick up.
Can you tow somewhere other than your bay?
Ask in question two. The service is built around bringing the car to our own workshop, so give us the destination up front and we will tell you whether we can do it before you are relying on us.
