1. Wheels and arches are cleaned first, so brake dust and road grime are not later splashed onto clean paint
2. The car is pre-rinsed to float off loose sand before anything touches the panel
3. Washed by hand with a clean mitt and pH-neutral shampoo, working top down
4. Rinsed and dried with microfibre
5. Interior vacuumed, dashboard wiped down, rims finished streak-free

This applies wherever you go, not just to us. Al Karama drivers have plenty of options, and these are the questions that separate a job done properly from one that looks fine for a month.

• Ask whether they use a two-bucket method or one. One bucket means the grit you just removed goes back onto the paint
• Ask how often mitts are changed. A mitt used across many cars carries the grit from all of them
• Ask if the shampoo is pH-neutral. Acidic or strongly alkaline products clean fast and strip protection just as fast
• Watch whether wheels are done first or last. Last means brake dust lands on paint you already paid to clean

Getting your car ready

Clear the footwells and boot of anything you want kept, and take valuables with you. If there is a specific stain or mark you want addressed, point it out before we start rather than after.

When to travel from Al Karama

Central Dubai parking is the harder part of the journey than the driving. From Al Karama, coming after 8pm means an easy run out on Oud Metha Road and no waiting when you arrive.

We are open 24 hours, so the timing is genuinely yours to choose. There is no night rate, no weekend rate and no public holiday rate.

Avoid parking under trees for the first day if you can. Fresh clean paint shows sap and droppings immediately, and they are easier to remove in the first few hours.
